Sprockets

Siam Sprocket produces wide range of standard sprockets (LLOYD Sprockets) which comply to all OEM sprockets. We have sprockets available for more than thousands of motorcycle models, including Off-road Bike, Street Bike, and ATV. We also supply sprocket gears for Go-Kart and Boat Engines. 

We currently supply the new demand from customers on the F-1 lathed sprockets. The utility is the same with standard sprockets though there is no blank window and the entire sprocket surfaces are lathed and coated with chrome. Mostly, the lathed sprocket are converted to 420 and 415 chain type, though the OEM standard chain type is also available.

We also provide sprockets using technique of fine-blanking process. please contact us for more information regarding fine-blanking sprockets.

These are only just a few of thousands sprocket types we have in production. The product ranges are from 415, 420, 428, 520, 525 to 530 chain types, available from 11-20 teeth for engine sprockets and 28-52 teeth for rear sprockets. The front sprockets are available for square spline, involute spline, and trapezoid spline forms.

All the sprockets are made to meet the highest quality while maintaining the competitive prices. As well as, we manufacture goods based on the zero defect objectives. Therefore, we ensure our customers to receive the best at better prices, and to guarantee our products against any defects or faulty from manufacturing process.

The material used for the sprockets can be requested by customers. The following is the sample of material used.

Steels:

    Rear:    1. SS400 (JIS G3101)

                2. S45C or (S50C)

    Front:   1. SS400 (Hardening)

                2. S45C or (S50C) (Hardening)

                3. SCM440 (Hardening)

                4. SCM415 (420) (Hardening)

Alumium:

    Rear:    7075 T6
